Shortly after becoming a member, we will schedule a certified A+ computer technician for an on-site visit to perform your choice of an on-site Inspection, an on-site System Optimization or an on-Site Pre-Membership Repair of your computer systems (minimum charge of $49.95). We will identify the opportunities to improve the performance and stability of your computer systems.
Membership Essentials: Operating System: Windows 98 or newer PC System: Intel Pentium/Celeron processor, AMD K6/Athlon/Duron processor, or compatible is recommended. Pentium III (or equivalent) or better is required.
Bronze:
Membership secures access to up to 4 hours of on-line or telephone technical support covering hardware, operating system, and common software application troubles experienced by computer users. Internet access is required.
In addition, members enjoy discounted pricing on numerous additional services such as hardware repair, network installations, and hardware or software upgrades. Just contact us and we'll schedule an appointment to provide you with what you need.
As part of the membership with EasyPro, e-mail newsletters will be sent to you, offering relevant critical information, and describe periodic specials on computer related products and services.

Silver:
Include all Benefits of Bronze
If you have any problems with your computer hardware or software, we will come on-site and fix it, no matter what. Coverage is limited to 2 on-site visits per month. Silver Plan members must be running approved Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware software that is scheduled to run at least weekly.
An EasyPro Technician will arrange for faulty PC hardware to be repaired or replaced at no charge for either parts or labour but limited to $200 per year. There is a 30 day waiting period from sign up. Plan covers PC computers, monitor, keyboard and mouse. Notebooks are subject to a surcharge.
